I like a lot about your outfit, especially the boots and socks peeking out of them, very fun. I also very much like all of the individual pieces including the top and the little knit jacket. Overall, though, my first thought was "whoa, there is a lot going on" and there was just one notch of "too much" for me in the outfit. It could be the colors or the style of the individual pieces, but I would remove one of those items. E.g., if the little jacket picked up one of the colors from the outfit (e.g. the green of the socks?) or if the top wasn't ruched at the neck, or something else. As it is it looks just a little "busy" to me - even though as you probably know I definitely like funky and colorful outfits.
Again, I love all the pieces and it all looks very cheerful and like you're having a fab fall time.
