I'm way behind in posting these because the end of the semester was crazy, but here are my outfits from a couple of weeks ago.

My yellow cardi from BR with the same skirt. I love the cardi so much that I took a close-up to show it's wonderful detail. For some reason I fell in love with those buttons when I saw it in the store. Thank you Angie for introducing me to this little jewel.

A rainy day. The outfit was rather blah until I added the scarf. Then I liked it.

Pictures from Thursday and Friday of that week are still on my camera, but the computer is being odd and not letting me upload them. Oh well. When my hubby gets home he will fix it. Lately, I haven’t been taking pictures because the tripod is hiding and I haven’t been really dressing up or going much of anywhere. But more will come soon I’m sure. As always, advice and comments are appreciated.

Hi Sarah, your outfits are very cute! I especially like the wrap shirt and the yellow cardigan, glad you got it! The only think I could add is that I believe the skirt(s) are a bit to loose on you and could benefit from same taking in. Good job tough!

The shorter skirt and boots are a really good look on you. Think about that for fall
Have you tried belting, e.g. with the yellow cardigan or other tops? Might be a fun way to add some extra shaping.

You're right Tanya, my blue skirt (it's the same one in both pictures) does need to be taken in. In fact, it's on the "to be altered" pile; I just keep taking it out and wearing it because I don't have that many skirts now that I gave most of them away. And even some I still have will go away as soon as I replace them.

Shorter skirts do really transform my outfits. You’re right Nicole. It’s a whole new look for me.

And yes Antje I love the boots and knee length shirt look. I'd usually save it for fall/winter, but winter came back that day. I haven't tried belting. I'd need to get some new belts first, but I love the look on others. I seem to recall that Anna does it well.

I always smile when my hubby takes my picture, Becky... or usually anyway, unless it's unexpected. Glad you like the yellow cardi. It's so different from anything else I have. I'm glad Angie convinced me that I can wear yellow, or I would have never even looked twice at it.
