So,
I am going to a fundraiser next month, and am trying out a dress rental service. Here is the dress I have ordered. And this one.
The theme of the evening is Winter Wonderland. In my experience these events are not too formal, so I went with cocktail dress styles. The dresses will arrive two days before the event and I have them for four days, after which time I put the dresses in a prepaid envelope and send them back to Toronto. They actually have a deal where you can get an additional dress for the same time period for only $35 additional dollars.
I will be sure to post pics and a review of the service. Has anyone else tried to rent a frock?
And which dress do you think I will choose for the big night?
UPDATE: dresses arrived a full week before event-yay!
I threw them on with old pair of pantyhose... they're kind of a yucky dark color...and have not yet deployed Spanx.
Any first impressions? White or blue?
