Preppy look with a romantic touch

Nice! I have two items with those lantern sleeves that I am enamored of right now, and I was actually trying to find something to wear over one of them (a pretty new dress from ATL) today. I don't have the right jacket or sweater, but you sure do! It's the thin-ness and the straight line of the jacket arm that I like the best against the bubble sleeve. Thanks for the idea -- I'll be stealing it!

You pull off this look romantically :0). Really nice! I love preppy piped blazers. Do you have brown hair and green eyes, LOP? Are your shoes grey?

LOL! Thanks. I have a chestnut brown hair with a tomboy cut and dark brown eyes. I used green eye shadow that day. A rare eye shadow day for me. I generally just use mascara and blush. I will post a head shot one of these days when I feel more comfortable. I really would love to get some opinions on one of my eye glasses. My shoes are grey as I didn't have a better choice.

I think this is a great combination, right up my alley.
I am always working to add another age appropriate "look" with my classic basics. This is a great example of what I would want to try. I love the bell sleeve with the jacket. I guess it is time to pull out my preppy jacket with the piping, if I have held on to it all these years.
If not thanks to you, there is a source for a new one. With a great picture that I can see. I am not very computer savvy yet so the "clothing vignettes" that you create are just great for me.

I only go to work couple of times a week here and mostly spend the day at home working in my jeans and t-shirts. I'll post whenever I have something worth sharing and also able to catch my husband to take a photo.
