Pic Perfect - My Round Up - YouLookFab Forum

I enjoyed being part of the first ever challenge I have participated in and it was very interesting and more importantly fun! I am not sure what I learnt(!) but I enjoyed looking at all the fabbers' interpretation and took a few notes. It's brilliant how each one thinks so differently about the same thing. Before this challenge, I never put any thought into my outfits but this challenge forced me to think about it! Which was, for me, ground-breaking!

I couldn't do the last day but I have added it here for you guys to take a peek. I was so excited about the last day because I had the perfect elements but just couldn't get around to doing it! Well, better late than never

So here's a round up of my outfits. Please feel free to comment on improvements. Thanks for stopping by!

Wow Neel! I hadn't seen all of these so I'm glad that you posted them in this separate thread. I really like all of them. Some highlights for me: the colorful Alanis dress - beautiful!, the Pink Floyd sandals - perfect and such a nice pop of "fun" with the dress!, the Santana top and of course, the guitar - just makes me smile - and the shoes in the Bruce outfit! So cool! What is the brand? I have no suggestions for improvement on these - I think you had a great week!

All are marvelous interpretations of the albums, Neel! So fun to see everyone's creativity! I think you must wear #2 again, it's an amazing outfit!

Marley - The shoes are from a local Turkish brand I think. It's called Dogo shoes and they have crazy printed light weight sneakers! The insoles are super soft, warm and perfect for my narrow feet. I wear them for my flight journeys as they are incredibly comfy

Beth Ann - The dress has a bit of fit issues which is why it doesn't come out to play often. It has a very wide neck and cannot be worn without a topper and its bodycon. I wore it anyway for the challenge

I must mention that I wore this outfits for the challenge alone and did not really go anywhere with it! I have been stuck in the house for the past 10 days thanks to DSs being unwell So I didn't really have to worry about it being practical for my day which was faced by many of the participants.

Hi-five, Neel! I felt the very same way when I participated in my first challenge. It was the first time that I really thought in terms of "outfits" exactly (rather than simply, "Does this 'go' with that?" and the first time that I looked for outside inspiration other than the weather! I also found it groundbreaking.

Though I must say, I would never have known from your outfits so far that you were not thinking much about outfits! And these were equally fun and fab.

You have an amazing shoe wardrobe! I am duly impressed with the shoes you used in 3 and 5/6. I sure couldn't pull shoes like those out of my closet (yet). Also, how perfect for this challenge is the dress in 2! You did a great job with this fun challenge.
