Outfits 6/22-27 Kristen

Here are last week's outfits. We finally got our summer weather and dove headfirst into a heat wave! I checked my co-worker's legs and realized none of them were wearing hose, so I got up the nerve to ditch mine. Hurray!

Monday: Green-patterned woven square-neck top from Target, belted with nicely-detailed black belt, black pants, coral Target flats, ATF ivory canvas and black patent purse

Tuesday: My favorite teal-and-purple knit dress from Kohls. First time I was able to wear without a cardigan!

Wednesday: the poppy-red BR dress with the new Me Too platforms heels. I posted it last week regarding the shoes.

Thursday: This was a big stretch for me, going to the casual side of business casual. I've never worn a t-shirt to work like this; did it work?
Green ON ss cardigan, new ATL black skirt, white tee, tan Clarks wedge heels, orange Target bucket purse, and multi-stone necklace. The necklace was the most expensive item on me, LOL.

Friday: Navy ATL volume top, new ATL skirt, blue-green thin scarf, nude heels. This one felt very breezy and summery.

Saturday: Casual shopping/getting-my-hair-done outfit -- new purple ON crochet-strap cotton tank, white ATL shorts, gold sandals.

Saturday night, out to dinner with Shopping Friend: new brown ss banded sweater and white jeans, both from BR

I really love the proportions of the top. Yes, Angie, I love the banded look!

We finally got our summer weather this week, too! It's kind of nice, but at the same time I will be sick of it in a month (or the first time it breaks 105).
I really like you in greens- and I love the purse form Monday. I think Thursdays works, but a more structured shirt would give you a less casual feel if you're worried about it. Great week!

You look great in all of the outifits. But Monday's hast to be my favorite...the green color is amazing on you and I love the pop of color in your flats.

Superb week Kristen. I love all your outfits but have a special soft corner for the Thursday outfit. The green and white are so cheery, even with the black skirt :-) Love the shoes, all of them, yum!

Thanks all!

Khris, I am sure in a couple of weeks I will be complaining big time about the weather but right now I'm savoring it. We had such a cold spring! On the Thursday outfit, I wanted to leave it kind of slouchy and casual, but I didn't want to tip too far into casual. I see that look a lot in fashion magazines, and I always love it.

Kimlee, that green blouse was a total Target surprise. I was there to pick up a Fathers Day card, hee! But cotton blouses have been hard to find this season so I had to grab it.

Niva and Medusa, so glad you liked Thursday's. I was most nervous about that one!

Loulou, the orange dress was a very big hit in the office. I've tried it on so many times at home, I'd forgotten I hadn't worn it outside yet. LOL!

Boof, thank you! I'm trying to build a dress collection for all seasons. They're so easy and fun.
