What to do when your day includes three such disparate events as 1) an art reception, 2) a street fair, and 3) a baseball game?
Well, in my case, I decided on a simple core outfit of relatively new workhorses, and a different topper for each occasion.
1) the basic outfit - Jolt plaid pants, Splendid tee and JC Everly woven booties, with my black studded belt
2) art reception version with BCBG jacket
3) street fair version with Paige denim jacket (actually jacket wasn't even needed -- too warm!)
4-5) baseball game versions - with and without jacket, depending on weather!
Worked great and a high happiness factor all day. I'm amazed but these plaid pants are getting a lot of wear already!
Good thing I have a good jacket collection.
