My take on Karen's summer outfit-for fall!

For your reference, this was beautiful Karen's outfit for summer:

-F&F strechy animal pencil (worn with a black half slip! Thanx YLF-er's recommandations see here:

-H&M creamwhite short sleeve, button down, and crochet front cotton blouse (it was an orphaned item for so long, I almost dyed it navy in spring:-))
-pumpkin belt and wedge pumps
-light blue, faded denim jacket
I also literally threw on my DD's grey crochet lace-like infnity scarf as no one of mines matched and it was chilly in the morning (not really a fan of infinity scarves, should have arranged it better arround my neck)

Sorry for the weid hair(not styled yet), the shadows in nr. 5 (there are no creases at all in the skirt as is strechy!) and the red bag. I really had NO time to change for my neutral one, but guess no one cared, as I drive a car from house to the door of my office:-).

I love it! The shoes here are PERFECT. And the neckline detailing - including necklace - is very feminine and young in a tasteful way.
One thing: I like the belt's colour and style, but do you have a slightly wider one? It's a very personal taste... and I think it's a question of proportion with the blouse (fabric and length).
You look gorgeous!

Thanx Krish, I think the belt rose up on my waist in pictie nr 5 when taking the photo:-((, with my arm rosen up-(or is a weird angle?) -proportions there (in nr 5) bothers meeee, too:-)).
I put up that pictie only to see the patterns and colours better...but see, I failed:-)).
(But, I will try a wider belt next time, thanx!)

Yikes but this is fabulous! Love the skirt with its darkly rich animal print, and the light denim over that crocheted blouse is a great combo (aren't you glad now that you didn't dye the blouse!?)

Love those pumps - so ladylike and gracious! It keeps the outfit grown up and sophistiacted.

I think a red purse is a fun addition I prefer the overall outfit without the scarf, preferring the delicate balance of the blouse and necklace, but I think adding the scarf for a bit of on-the-go warmth is brilliant.

This is fabulous on you, Lyn! And I actually love it with the red bag. You and Shannon are animal print/ red sisters today. The red adds a real pop. Denim is such a beautiful colour for you, and that skirt is fantastic. If it is stretchy as well, so much the better!
