I've spent the past few years being careful what I buy and relentlessly editing my closet. The result has been clothing that suits my needs (mostly) and is reasonably flattering. However, I still don't feel like I have a cohesive style persona and, as a result, my wardrobe doesn't always represent who I am. I have ideas about what I love. I'm just not sure how it all fits together and into my lifestyle.

Summer is my least favorite season, but I think this month will be good for a challenge. I have a lot of activities planned that showcase my real-life needs: camping, working a craft show, theatre and sports events, family get-togethers, and a four-day convention. It's a good chance to see what works and doesn't, what I feel great in, and what I don't.

Here's what I'm going to do:
1. Photograph daily outfits.
2. Put together a travel capsule (mostly SYC) for the end-of-month convention.
3. Post weekly round-ups to get a sense of my overall style.
4. Solicit feedback for help defining a style persona to guide my future purchases.

What kind of process did you all go through to define your fashion personas? Or did you just, somehow, know?
