1. I wore a dress every day. I do not regret it.
2. You can see the progression of spring approaching and the weather getting warmer.
3. I scooped up a ton of new pieces on Tuesday, which I am calling the Kicka** Kohls dresses. I adore every single one of them!

Monday 3/8: my bottom-print Alfani dress, bundled up with a dark scarf, purple bf cardigan, and patent skinny belt. And flats! *gasp*

Tuesday 3/9: I debuted a gorgeous orange-yellow stone necklaces I bought from a fellow blogger. My grey jersey princess dress with a yellow tanktop and black cascading cardigan.

Friday-Sunday 3/12=14: I was downtown celebrating my b-day with my husband, and enjoying the annual Dye-ing of the Chicago River, and then running a 5K on Sunday. Not a lot of outfit photos, but some fun pics here:

Monday-Tuesday 3/15-16: Lost my camera battery for a couple of days and had to resort to the old mirror photos. The circle-pattern purple-brown Connexions dress gets springified with a cream cardigan and purple tights.

Wednesday 3/17: St. Patrick's Day kicks off the Parade of the Kohls dresses. This one is Apt 9, in the BEST green pattern I have seen in a long, long time. I am going to have a blast accessorizing this all spring!

Thursday 3/18: This purple-pink-grey pixel-pattern dress gets kicked up with my Target moto and black tights. It was a big hit with one of my classmates, heehee.

Friday 3/19: I dress up another Kohls dress -- a b&w print with fabulous turquoise accents -- with a belted jacket, nude hose, and red patent heels. And a turquoise purse I bought *last* spring, go me for bring ahead of the trend, LOL!

Happy belated birthday Kristen. Your 42nd year is off to a stylish start (or is it your 43rd year technically? Well, either way...). Your birthday dessert is a work of art and so are you! I love you in flats. They give your outfit a different character.

Great stuff! I love the green dress and the black and turquoise is awesome, too.

Kristen, you seriously have the best dress collection ever! And, I'm sure I've said it before, but you really have a way with layering.

I mentioned it on your blog, but why doesn't MY Kohl's carry all these cool dresses?! Pretty much every dress on the rack was black and white the last time I checked!

Can I ask about your Franco Sarto Deer booties? You've totally inspired me to get a par! A few of the shoe websites have reviews that say they run a half size larger. Have you found that to be true?
