Forgettable WIWs

Angie's post about fantastic forgettable outfits struck a chord with me. I may long to look more stylish but there is definitely something to be said for not having to fuss with an outfit or even give it a second thought once I'm out the door. All are work outfits--except for 3 and 7. Wish I could style the sneaks for work but haven't figured that out yet. Thanks for looking!

To me there is visual intrest in every fit. Weather it is the vivid color of your blue blouse or the hang in the play top.

All great outfits, with some nice variety. How would the sneaks look with white jeans and the tunic in 4?

I like all of these. Love the hightop sneakers. I think #2 and #3 are my favorites. The slouchy sweater in #2 and the combination of the hightops and scarf in #3, so cute.

A great set of outfits here. I especially like that asymmetrical hemline on you. As for the sneakers, they remind me of a pair that i recently picked up while in Germany. As soon as I can fit it in I'll post an outfit with them. My work outfit has been to pair them with boyfriend jeans (because they are hightops they go right up to the rolled cuff) and a blazer for a tomboy-ish look.

@Aproprio and El Cee: thank you. The plaid top is Top Shop last year maybe? I loved the twist detail. Different from my usual tops.
@Lisa: Thanks! Can't wait to see your version. I've tried the high tops with my baggy boyfriends but it looked off for some reason. Maybe I just need to try with more refined crops.
@Robin: Thanks. 3 was my fave of the lot. My home made crops with the too short for everything else pullover worked together like a charm.

My favourite outfits are 3 and 7 (the non-work outfits).
It's not just the sneakers I like but the jeans and scarf in 3 are fab and the bright blue in 7 is also fab.

These are all dynamite, Kelly! I love the twist top in 1, and I envy how cool you look in 3! I will also call out #4 as very elegant looking--probably no surprise, because you know I can't resist an asymmetrical hem tunic, huh?

Not forgettable at all, you look great. I have to agree with Angie, you look very polished even when dressed casually. I think it is all in the great fit of your clothes and agree with harmonica that your hair and make up is immpecable.
