first WIW in a while... Pinterest inspired

I decided to challenge myself this month to recreate several of my pinned pictures. Here are my first three.

1/2/3) This is way more casual than I prefer, but I was spending the evening at a Boy Scout meeting so it was dressy enough.

4/5) I added a denim jacket and belt to this, though I had to take the jacket it off because the day was so warm.

6/7) This is a Polyvore combo I put together a couple of weeks ago. I don't own a turquoise scarf yet so I used my purple one.

boots: Zodiac

scarf: Macy's

Fabulous way to challenge yourself! You look great in all, but the SKIRT outfit is TDF on you!! Probably my fave outfit you've ever posted--what a great silhouette on you!

(Had to say, I took a browse through your inspiration board and found myself nodding at each outfit thinking "That is SO Brenda!" I hope you'll do more of these Pinterest inspired outfits, you've got some great stuff up there!)

And I love the way the scarf brings a pop of something pretty to the plaid shirt outfit.

Aida, that's so encouraging to hear! I've tried hard to only add things to my Pinterest page that I would actually want to wear. A few of the huge groupings have a couple of exceptions included since they are so big, but otherwise that's what I was aiming for. I love that you could see "me" in all those photos. That means I'm doing the right thing and heading in the right direction. Thanks.
