yes, gg, i did! this was a while ago though... it's one of the few cropped cardis i have, and it has turned out to be more versatile than i thought its shape or color would be!

Hanna, they look great on you! LOL at the 80's colors - but then again, were you even BORN in the 80's??? hmmm, def leppard...I remember spending the summer of '88 in CA and everyone rockin out to "Pour Some Sugar on Me!"

I've purchased a cute pair of leggings but have yet to find an appropriate length top/tunic/dress. Hopefully my own version will look half as good as yours!

I felt exactly the same way. I'm so, so glad that I'm not the only one who had a hard time adjusting to this trend. It's still not really a foolproof look for me because I just don't have a lot of tunics for leggings, but you seem to have a lot of above-the-knee dresses that would probably work great. (What about your Anthropologie dress with the animal image on it with leggings when it's colder outside?)

wow, so many responses! i'm glad you all seem to approve! i must have tried on four or five of my dresses just to get the right look.

shana, i was born in 85! i'm not sure how the love of hair bands and classic rock came about.. i'm blaming my sister. LOL.

niva, aren't they awesome in concert?! aerosmith live has to be one of the best concerts i've ever been to, and acdc comes pretty close...

cc, i saw def leppard in concert last year! and was one of the youngest people there, haha.

kari, the sammy dress is definitely a good candidate for the leggings look.

Oh Hanna. I am laughing so hard at myself - I saw Aerosmith and ACDC in concert as well but it was before you were even born. Glad they are still listened too! Can't say I put on ACDC too often anymore though lol.

Anyway - you are adorable in that outfit. The leggings look is perfect in your version. Keep doing it!
