Mo recently posted the above thread regarding her newest in a series of countless cross-country moves and the challenges of packing, frequent moves on your wardrobes, and the effect of such activities on narrowing what you love http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....-has-begun.

Now, while Mo's packing situation doesn't exactly sound like a good time to many of us, it also reminded me of Claire who recently re-emerged on the forum to talk about her 10-item wardrobe experiment, which can be read about here http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....tem-report.

So, I figured maybe a few of the rest of the fabbers would be interested in completing a small challenge.

Here are the rules:

1. You pick the trip. It can be fashion-y or not, the trip of a lifetime or just the trip you wish you could swing right now.

2. You pack your hand luggage. Try to stick to a 10-item capsule, similar to what Claire is doing. This can include your travel outfit, but it doesn't have to. Tell us why the pieces will work for your trip. Hey, if you wanna shop when you get there, say that but at the very least you need clothes for the trip and the first night, plus the next day.

3. Pick your "comfort" items. Tell us the 5-10 items that you would sneak into any box or suitcase to get you through a trip or make you feel like your at your home away from home.

I will complete the challenge and post my response in the comments as well. This can be all fantasy, completed just by description, w/Pinterest or the like, or in your actual closet.

Any takers?
