Good morning button front lovers.

I thought I would share that BB has a good selection of the non-iron shirts on sale for $39 each. I surfed through a bit and they have all fits and quite a good selection of sizes on many of them. Great deal since they are regularly $99.

I decided to give them another try and ordered one size up but in spago and tailored instead of fitted to give me more room in the chest and hip without more bag in the waist.

I am buying today because I start SYC on May 1 !!

THANK YOU SO MUCH !! ( I had two that I loved but have "outgrown" them, literally. And I was thinking I wanted another one but I didn't want to spend the $100 because I don't know how long it will fit. So this fits the bill perfectly !

Being large of chest and smaller of waist, I can vouch for these shirts! The fitted no-iron is my go-to white shirt. If I weren't retiring in two years I would stock up like crazy!

Oh, hicdlc, I didn't know that they would be a good shirt for a large-chested woman! Hmm, may have to think about giving them a try...

Anybody knows how their sizing runs? Sometimes I need M and sometimes L or 10 -12 depending on the fit in the shoulders and arms. Do they run true to size?

Sveta, based on other YLF threads I've been reading, it looks like they are pretty true to size based on the online size charts. I'm thinking of ordering the Spago in chambray and am ordering two sizes to be safe. Looks like there is a BB store not too far from me so I can return them in person if needed.

I have the fitted version in three colors and they do run TTS. I'm a 32DD and have absolutely no problem with gaping whatsoever. The button at the bust line is well place, too. They are a touch long in the arms on me.

Hi Dianthus,

Just wanted to thank you for this info - I got my Spago shirt yesterday (amazingly fast shipping, I must say) and it seems to be a very nice fit. I figured that at $39, this was finally a good time to give BB shirts a try. Strangely, the price was back to $49 yesterday (that is the more "normal" sale price on these shirts).

I think sizes run similar to Ann Taylor shirts or a bit smaller; I usually need either a 6 or an 8 in AT to avoid gapping, and the 8 in Spago fit at BB was just right (I probably could also have tried a 10).

I have risked it and ordered 10 because this was the only one I liked and it was the only size.
Fingers crossed it fits...

When I ordered mine, I actually emailed their Customer Service with my measurements and asked what size to order. The lady who responded was dead bang on and the size she recommended is perfect.

Makrame, I'm glad it worked out for you. I ordered the spago in magenta and a regular collar shirt in a stripe with reds and navy.

Sveta, it is too late for this sale, but the green leather Danier jacket I wore the other day is a S and I was wearing the BB fitted in a 6. I ordered the spago and tailored shirt in an 8 because the 6 is a bit snug now that I am 10 lbs heavier.

I wear M in Danier and this size is "tailored" on me in their jackets. I hope 10 ill fit me i BB. My chest and waist never cause me problems with fit, it is my shoulders and upper arms whih sometimes too tight in M so I need to size up to L. I am also concerned this shirt will be too short on me...well I guess I need to wait and see!

Sveta, you should be okay. I also have broad shoulders (was referred to as linebacker shoulders once) and the 6 fit my shoulders well. It is the extra boobage that caused me to size up.

Which one(s) did you get?
