I could not do jeans because they don't allow them at work but I completely loved this look. Sure, I didn't add the jacket but I tried on several that I owned and none really worked with the navy trousers -- so I ditched the jacket. I'll do it again with jeans and hat for comparison in the future but I totally enjoyed this look today.
BTW -- Not like you can see my shoes but I am wearing old school burgundy penny loafers under that hem -- in the spirit of the inspiration pic. Feedback of course is always welcomed.
