The white docs are amazing. I can't wear the knee-high, they're too high for me. But I hear they are so comfy. Hmm, this I could do. Taking notes...
The Ariat boots: I opened this link first, and my initial thought was, oh no! Not because of any age thing - but because of the height, thinking that you would wear them with a skirt or pants tucked in. But, if you wear them like you do the Docs, then YES!! They are so you, and will look amazing peeking out of your trousers and flashing when you cross your legs. (Which reminds me - great PPL).
As for the outfit, I love it. I am usually drawn towards more neutral, simple color schemes - this site has helped me experiment with more color in the past year. But there's nothing like the elegance of neutral b&w theme, in my book. You could add a different color belt or bag, but you don't have to. Especially because you've got the jean jacket AND the Docs. My eyes go immediately to the Docs. I don't think they would if you had a colored belt or purse. Does that make sense?
