Very charming and I like the collar. It does look a tad big open but any smaller probably wouldn't layer ok.

Of course that type of collar is fab on you. And coat looks good closed.
Will it be too dramatic to be practical? Is it just for certain temps? Or with your winters, there may be a lot of days to go around and hence good coat capsule weather.
Remember Sveta's post on a couple of coats, one with a dramatic collar treatment.
Not to be too dampening, but is there a chance that the collar and coat is a teensy bit too much for your frame? I keep imagining if it could be "reduced" by 10-20% or so. Or it might be one of those things that works much better in motion--I find that true of items I am pretty sure look good but sometimes don't photo as well, and usually it has to do with the fact that larger or bulkier items don't look as good in static shots.

Wow, if fits you well, I say keep! Love the length, the color blocks, the leather sleeves, the asimetrc, angled cut and I always admire a dramatic collar!

Ooooh I've been ogling that coat from Danier too. I think the neckline is fab on you closed. Might just be me but it's looking a bit overwhelming open. Can you size down? Might be the angle.

Agree with what others said - it looks great in #1/2, but a bit overwhelming left open. How would you want to wear it? Is that a dealbreaker?

You have my blessing! The collar is big and dramatic but your long neck and short hair play well with it - and the rest of the coat is pretty trim.
Grey color looks lovely on you!

Gorgeous! I love the dramatic collar (especially good with the boot cut pants). It's really striking on you and I love it. I didn't think "overwhelming" at all when I saw the pictures. I think your classic side needs just this sort of drama!

Fantastic , interesting and dramatic. I love it on you ! The collar is super flattering , and the colours are nice on you. I agree that open, it's a different story though, and that would be important to me, but it may just be the camera angle. The sleeves look too long too in that picture, but I don't see that in 1 and 2. Looks like a very wearable piece at a nice price!
