Hi Greenglove, you always put together such beautiful outfits. I particularly like #2 with the sheath and #3 with the raincoat. I don't see the purple and tomato red though? Thank you for the inspiration, I'll be borrowing that sheath look!

You are probably not the only one who doesn't see the purple and red:
purple- the scarf is this great muted grape color and my raincoat is an orangy red- more terracotta but I am comfortable with this level of bright color.

Jean, I've attempted thrifting because of you! I'm slowly getting over my germ-phobia and realizing that you can find some great items for SO cheap! Last week I picked up a great Gap pencil skirt for $4... that was quite the thrill. Thank you!

I love the 2nd and 3rd also, and I do get what you mean by the rust and eggplant being your shades for tomato and purple. Very beautiful.
The first outfit is adorable too. It was interesting to go from picture 1 which seemed boho, to picture 2 which seemed more sophisticated. I think it would be fun to mix the 2 looks somewhat.
You are always an inspiration being so artistic in your style, fun, and beautiful.

Jean, I love your rainy day outfits. I've been sloshing around in my La Canadiennes as well and didn't even mind splashing in some puddles because they are truly waterproof.

Where did you get your hose?

I also really like your first outfit. It's sort of punk rock and Victorian at the same time. Very cool! Your interpretations of color trends is so fresh and unexpected.

Every single time I lay eyes on that hose, it makes me so happy I love your Victorian punk rocker outift, the rainy day outfit and the tomato red-purple outfit. The rainy day outfit is my absolute favorite though. I am learning so much from you about colors and combinations.

#1 - I really like the different textures in this outfit. Also the way the blazer modernizes the retro lace top. I'm not a fan of doc martens but I actually like the way it looks with this outfit!

#2 - So chic! Luv the scarf with the long necklace. As with the others, I like the hose.

#3 - The popped collar on the trench is fun. Great boots as well.
