WOW! Impressive ladies. I love how different the interpretations were. My own interpretation would probably have been close to Bella's outfit - but *everyone* rocked this painting.

I am afraid my interpretation is not very original with denim dress but that was the first thing which came to my mind for this picture. Instead of flowers with earthy background I went for brighter coral scarf - just because I feel like that!

Sveta, I love it! I'm surprised more people didn't pick up the oranges, reds, greens and yellows from the background.

You ladies are incredible! All outfits are inspired by the same painting but yet all have its own special flair. Wonderful! I think this challenge is a complete success!

Jenava, my wardrobe is full of blues, violets, whites - but almost no autumnal colors because they just make me washed out! So this was quite a challenge for me. Finally, I settled on the scarf which was the closest I had to the sombre tone of the painting.

I can't wait for the next challenge and hope even more ladies decide to join in!

heather: the blue flower pin is self made, while the apricot one I found lying around at home (I guess it's my sister's back from the eighties/early nineties).
