Of course, you can meet Rosie, Maya. All you have to do is fly to Seattle (-:

Jjs, hopefully next time.

Yay, Maya and Lisa are in for very early tea with Tara and me

Oh, I thought you were bringing her along How disappointing. I'm going to need an extra cupcake.

Our little 11 and half year old distinguished lady does not fly any more, Maya. It's very bad for her heart. And in that case bad for her Mummy's heart too.

Next time you can take the train

I'd be up for tea with Tara too, if I'm in the city.

And I second the idea of a Washington DC meetup!

Another vote for a DC meetup!

I have resurfaced to say that I might be able to make it. I have a tentative business trip that week, that should be confirmed in the next few weeks. I'll know more as we get closer.

Just checking in to say I may be able to attend the early morning Tea with Tara as well. SO and I are considering staying in the city that weekend.

Yay, April, Janet and Zap! The more the merrier

Tara, your early morning tea entourage is growing.

UFFF.... I guess the next thing is to figure what to wear.... AHHHH

Wow, imagine a live feed from Melbourne AND New York! Charge up those iPhone's girls, we can vote on whether or not to take another cake (I vote Yay).

Hmmmm...I will be in NYC on 9/10...where and when is the YLF gathering? Would be fun to meet some more of this fabulous family. Oh, and Angie, we just moved to West Seattle (from Everett) so hope to have more of a presence once we get settled into our new home.

Ah geez. A chance to meet Angie (Oh the stress. What to wear? :P) and the YLF lovelies. If it were *any* other weekend in September, I'd kidnap Debora and we'd head on up.

Unfortunately, the second Saturday in September is always the evening we cohost an enormous dixieland jazz party in DH's hometown. It's a wonderful time but nearly non-negotiable in terms of missing it. Can't make DH sad.

But anytime there's a DC meet up, I'll be there with bells on!

Sounds like a fun, large gathering

(Sheila, hope your move went well! Everett is sad to see you go *sniffle*)

Beth, we'll make the next YLF meetup for sure!
