Friends of my future MIL are throwing a couples shower for DF and me. While I'm excited, I'm having a hard time figuring out what to wear. I've been told that the shower is casual dress, but I feel like it might be appropriate for me to be a little dressed up. Both dresses are sleeveless, but since we'll be indoors, I figured a cardigan should be on hand. I have 2 different dresses with 2 different pairs of heels. Both are very comfortable. Would either of these work? I'd like to try stick with "No Buy July" but if needs to be broken (again), it's not the end of the world.
The green dress is from Modcloth and the blue one is from French Connection. The brown shoes are BCBG and the black ones are Aerosoles.
I'm start to wonder about the blue dress. I can never get a good picture of it. I think it may be trying to turn into a vampire.
