Thank you! I think it's going to be a very versatile piece. Fabric is lined but light and feels nice, looks high quality, doesn't wrinkle easily. I'm very pleased!
WHAAAAAAAAT? How did you do that?! This is fantastic on you!
KILLER suit!

Is it from Nordies?
It's a Sejour suit from Nordstrom, the smallest size in that brand was a great fit. I felt so lucky!
Awesome Kari! Fab material and fit, how great that you were able to find one without struggle
What a great fit and perfect suit. I wasn't on "team suit" but you look amazing in it and you're going to do amazing on your interview I'll bet!
Thank you! I am actually just about to leave now, will let you know how it turns out.
Well it was a great interview, but it will be interesting to see what happens! At my current company I've been told by our sr. management that all my experience is so heavily administrative that I can't move up in our company. At this job interview, they were really impressed with me and told me so, but they see me as a risk because I'm less administratively oriented and would function great in a people management capacity. Two polar opposites! Based on the vibe I got, if I don't get this job offer it will be because they felt safer going with someone who is not as driven-they mentioned the other candidates they interviewed with, they are concerned they may not be as motivated or productive, but they are less concerned about them being a flight risk to move into a big company. Either way, I feel like I nailed the interview, I may just not be the type of person at core that they are looking for. Fantastic first interview experience to have!
Great feedback on the interview. So glad you had such a positive experience.
Glad the interview went so well! And, if it doesn't work out, you have the right attitude. Good to know your skill set is app cited elsewhere if not where you are currently. That affirmation is always nice.
I'm glad to hear the interview went well.
Your suit is just fabulous on you!
Congrats! Like Thistle says, you have the attitude. Nowadays it is so difficult to know what a possible employer would want: sometimes what used to be considered positive can play against you, but sometimes the opposite is true. In any case, you looked smashing. Absolutely beautiful and so appropriate. Image counts a lot at this stage so you did well to go get a suit, and such a perfect one at that! Good luck!
They actually asked why I wasn't in retail people management. Again, Makes me think that I should try to start in retail sales at Nordstrom and work my way up. The interview made me realize how rare it is to get any sort of positive feedback or encouragement from our managers at My current company. That really does drag you down after years. At the end of it, my confidence has really been boosted by this experience. I felt like I went in there and was completely honest about my experiences, goals, and what really drives me. If that is what they want, then I am happy to accept; if not, then I am happy to go somewhere where my skills will be a better fit.
Sounds like the perfect interview, Kari -- and you were perfectly suited for it! I love your attitude.
I agree with Suz... Your attitude is refreshing. If nothing else, the interview was a great experience for you.

What a fabulous find with the suit! It fits you beautifully and I love the fabric. It should be very versatile for you.

I hope you receive an offer Kari!
You certainly would have presented FABulously in that suit.
