It's not Halloween yet, but I think this outfit has a bit of a Minnie Mouse vibe to it, with the polka dot skirt and red shoes. I thrifted this skirt recently and either it's unworn or someone was walking around with the back vent still tacked (totally probable sadly). As always feedback is welcome.
