I consulted with my husband/in-house fashion consultant today, and with his thumbs-up, decided to cut the tags and wear the sarong pants I recently bought. It was a nice warm day and we decided to play tourist in our own town — went for brunch at an outdoor cafe, walked around the waterfront, rode Lime scooters 3 miles around the harbor, took a water taxi back, and had a great cocktail and light dinner before heading home. The outfit was casual and breezy for the pleasant day! Bonus pics of the gorgeous cocktail I had, and a pug in a Porsche that pulled up next to us at our outdoor dinner spot.
When we got home, the cognac bag had arrived. I forgot to take pics before I changed out of my outfit, but the bag would have worked perfectly with what i was wearing today. The blue handle is the perfect little touch to make this bag work for my style, and the warm color of the leather in this bag looks good with my wardrobe, from what I can see in holding it up to various pieces. I’ll test it out more tomorrow, but my instinct is that it is a keeper.
