Hi All,

I said I would no longer buy a body-con fit dress, it wasn’t for me, but I broke the rule when I saw this dress. I was curious how it fits and tried it and of course it went home with me. I bought it a month ago, on summer sale for 30% off regular price as it was the last piece and my size, lucky me. The dress is dark navy with white and cobalt blue stripes.

On Tuesday, it was my 75th birthday, since my daughter was on a business trip and came back late at night, we went to dinner yesterday. Tuesday was a very warm day, with temperatures around 30 degrees,
but during the night it was raining and yesterday it was cooler, so I decided
to put on my new striped dress. Inspired by the picture of this Angie’s post I wore my dress with snakeskin print loafers, cobalt blue bag and pearls. I
needed a light topper so it was vest. ( #1-2). What do you think?

Today, I tried to style this dress with different shoes, to dress it up or down.

#3- with nude pumps pearls and sparkle bag,

#4 – with white booties, short pearls and coral bag,

#5 – White shoes and white crossbody bag - spring version,

#6 – knotted silver leather slip-on sneakers and silver bag,
and long necklace,

#7 – gold sneakers and necklace and fuchsia bag

Thanks for looking. Any suggestions and improvements are more than welcome.

ETA- New with sneakers-

Sneakers are new style for me and I am trying to wear them with dresses and skirts, but I need some tights or hosiery as I am cold for bare legs. I don’t know what is better with navy hosiery or nude or it doesn’t work at all. I tried with cobalt blue bag, less contrasting instead of fuchsia. ( #8-11). Please your honest opinion.
