White watch

So...I got a white watch for my birthday (I picked it out and DH did the shopping) but I'm thinking I need to go in another direction.

I really like it, but then I enjoy wearing big watches. It makes your arm look extra dainty.

Dani, I think this is exactly how this style is supposed to work - kind of like you borrowed your husband's watch for the day. It looks great! Happy Birthday!

Thanks for the input, everyone. I think it just took my eye a little while to adjust. I think I'm leaning toward keeping it.

Silly me, I forgot to wish you a very happy birthday Dani! I hope you had a wonderful celebration and am glad you are keeping the watch.

Btw, does your watch have gold hardware? It looks so on your photos but not on the retailer website. If so, I might ( eventually, not any time soon) copy you, since my current watch has silver hardware, and my clothes have both so it annoys me to death when they clash.

Thanks, Tanya...I had a nice day with my family to celebrate and I even managed to sneak away for dinner with my husband.

Thanks, Angie! I'm after a white watch with preferably silver trim (my wedding band is gold but it doesn't bother me to mix metals). I'm open to gold.

I really like the gold MK watch that you posted. It matches your ring and looks a little more feminine. It’s not that I don’t like the Men’s fossil watch – it’s just that you have a pretty element to your sporty style and the MK watch conveys this well. I hope that makes sense.

I also love the MJ watch and that would be nice second watch to have.

I don't think your new watch looks bad, but I personally prefer something more feminine (lots of that comes from being the only girl in a house full of boys, I'm sure). The white watch with the gold you posted looks great.
