If you ask which is more flattering, it is #2. #1 would be just as flattering if the skirt were the same length as #2 AND the colors were more like #2 -- beautiful blues. No I can't see your face but I can tell by your arms and legs that the color of #2 is great on you. I hope that helps from an analysis perspective.

I didn't expect #2 to receive so many votes, but I'm glad it did, and that is ultimately the dress I wore. People immediately complimented the colour, but more importantly, it put me in a really cheerful mood. When you wear black as your default for so long, you forget about the positive effect colors *on you* can have on your mood.
