Yellow, because... YELLOW!

Bright Yellow! There are always many white or navy skirts around.

I vote white, but think you may have yellow in your cart. That’s my favourite shade of yellow. Nice and bright. I would find white more useful, plus pretty, and navy just a bit boring.

Yellow will be perfect IF it is right shade which I am not so sure. White and navy are safe choices and would go with everything but not as much fun.

Hands down, YELLOW! It’s just oh so super fun, and the lace really shows up on that gorgeous color.

All three look like they would work well with your other things but the yellow eould be the hardest to find again. although I can see you wearing the white with a striped or graphic tee

Yellow is more of marigold in my opinion. It looks too warm for you on my screen.
White is too...predictable, 19th century underwear, not modern enough for you. Unless you doing some historical drama/cosplaying I’m not aware of.
So uh my vote is for navy.

ETA, on the website it’s called saffron, so yes great in paella, not on you

My first instinct was yellow because you look so good in that color. But I'm not sure it is the right yellow, so I vote navy (very elegant).

UPDATE: I tried the yellow J.Crew skirt. Super cute - but too short. Shorter in person. Blast. Needed more length for the width - at least to my eye. Back it went!
