Which boots? Please help me decide...

Since my Veronica's are too small, I have to make a decision.

to wear with skinnies, leggings and dresses/skirts.

Or is there something else I'm missing that is brown, tall and has 15" calves?

I'm biased towards the Veronica because I have a pair and love them. Which brown did you have before?

Of the other boots I prefer the Paige to the Melissa Button- the Paige's seem sleeker

I love them all, and Veronica best of all (I have those), but my question is are *you* tall? The Paige and Melissa boots have a taller shaft than Veronica.

I like the Veronicas best. The Paiges have that flap in front which caught my eye, and the Melissas seem like a really different vibe if you wanted the Veronicas.

Wow, I can't decide.. Could you put on the too-small ones to see how they look like? If you did, did you *love* the look? Or were you looking for something different?
If you weren't able to even try them on, then it must be really hard to decide...
I keep looking at the pictures on Zappos, and everytime I click on one, I think that one's my favorite. To no end. So sigh. Although I'm leaning towards no slouch, personally.

Well, I do really like the Veronicas, but they were just a little shorter than I had hoped. Still awesome, but a little short. I am 5'7" tall and I was looking for a knee high boot or almost knee high. I'm leaning towards the Paige, but I know what you mean about the flap on the front, AG. I'd have to see how it looks on. The Melissa's may be a little too western for me. I only say that because my Billy shorties are very western styled and I don't know if I want another pair with the western vibe...it feels sort of satisfied.

Ok, so now it's betweent the Paige and the Veronicas. The Veronicas are more of a mid-calf boot for me, especially with the slouch.

I see the Frye Veronicas on so many different sites - it seems to me you should be able to find them somewhere, if that's the color you really want! Of course, if they're too short, that's a different story.To me, they have a completely different vibe than the other boots.

I have to chime in on this one as I just got my Melissa Button boots today. I can't decide either; I have skinny ankles and they seem to sag. Very beautiful boots though. The only other ones I tried on were the Veronica slouch but I didn't care for the thin leather. Good luck in your decision!
