This is a fun read! I am in a bit of a holding pattern until I see what happens next with my life. When that is determined, then my style evolution will continue in a new vein. For right now, no need to do anything except wait! Our style evolution is very connected to what's happening in our lives - londonkiwi's example of having a new baby is one of them.

I have enjoyed reading each and everyone of the responses, thank you so much for taking the time. Laura and Fi, you are both so right, a change in lifestyle can prompt major wardrobe changes. I know I have a change coming perhaps that is leading to my clothing indecision.

Thank you Polly, I felt a little conscious changing my profile to a pic which shows my shiny nose and expression lines but that's me so I bit the bullet.

I know the next phase of your journey will be fab Polly.

The point about what is happening next in one's life and how that will change our journeys is a good one. I think in addition to the place I'm at overall, I am in a real holding pattern for spring and summer because I'm planning on this one being the last one in a hot climate. The summer season is temperate at best, for maybe 3 months, back home so I know I'll use a fraction of the hot weather clothes I need for here. Add to that, I wear a uniform at my jobs (jeans or dark pants with a company logo tee) and my needs dwindle considerably. Essentially, I will be almost SYC for the hot season. Well, maybe I'll just be buying accessories instead
