I recently ordered this blouse on sale from Nordstrom. It was low stock, so I was happy when it shipped without running out. When the package arrived on Friday -- it was EMPTY. The plastic bag that held the item was in the shipping bag, but that was it. It got a refund, but I wanted to try that blouse.

I think stuff is shipped directly from stores most of the time? I don't know who would have had the access to take the blouse from the bag before sealing up and labeling the mailer.
