1. at least one long-sleeved, fitted black top that I can wear as a layering piece underneath all sorts of other tops. YLF has done a wonderful job of reminding me how great layering can be, how much interest it can add to an outfit, and that I could use the extra warmth in the winter.
2. Winter tights. Mentioned in another post
3. More wide belts. Belts are one of my favourite - if not my favourite - accessories. I'm not a huge jewellery or scarf girl and chunky leather belts often add much-needed punctuation to my outfits.
4. A cross-body bag or other practical, super comfy bag to wear while running errands around town. I have lots of bags that are pretty but leave me achey by the end of the day.
5. A sexy clutch. I think that, especially for evening, a clutch can be elegant in the way that a handled bag cannot. Fingers crossed that the stingray midnight blue and black clutch I ordered from Amazon will fit the bill.
6. Blazers. All kinds, colours and fabrics.
7. Attractive-enough boots that can be worn in the snow. I do own pretty boots that I can wear on crisp, dry winter days but when it's snowys - before the sidewalks are shovelled and when the path from my house to my garage are mid-calf deep - I'd like an option that didn't make me look like a Sasquatch.
8. A few somewhat fitted sweaters that have the length to cover my looooong torso.
NO MORE WINTER COATS! I do love coats and so own entirely too many. Must stop buying them.
