I was thinking how much I have come to love my BF's and realized if it were not for YLF, I would never ever in million years tried BF's on. THere are some trends that I like but not sure how to pull off then I see someone rocking the trend on YLF or Angie does a post on it and I go for it. Like hi-top sneakers, I was already looking at them in stores and wondering how can I wear these without looking too casual.
But I am talking about something that I would not have dreamed of trying if it was not for YLF. My other recent epiphany is black footwear. I have a poison eye for colour black and am always looking for lighter coloured footwear (although unsuccessfully). Recently on some WIW's Angie and others commented on how well I wear black footwear as it bookends my black hair. Now I am thinking I should probably invest in more black boots/booties.
What about you? What trends would you absolutely not have tried if it was not for YLF?
