I lean towards the Navy Blue pinafore dress for its simplicity and understated color. For filming you generally want solid colors or color blocks, so while the Hugo Boss white sheath looks awesome, it might be too much pattern for film. You don't want the dreaded moiré effect or "pattern moving" in the video which is what you see with things like checks, stripes, plaids, houndstooth, etc. on camera.

I actually like what you're wearing under the gilet. The burgundy color is flattering and reads as very elegant, though it does have more of a fall/winter feel.
