I do have a pair from Aerosoles but don't recommend them, not very comfy.. I usually go straight from boots to sandals, I think sandal booties would be a great way to go as well. It's possible this spring 'season' as we jumped from 45 last Saturday to 70's on Sunday, today we're nearing 80's.. Fall usually is longer and I will look for a comfier pair of ballet flats, I just need a 1" heel for comfort for my flat feet

Laura, the Target cutouts are online and in the stores, but supplies are limited in the stores (and are cheaper; $16 now at mine).

The only flats (okay, they have a 1-inch heel) I am currently wearing for work are some black oxfords:

Ballet flats without any sort of strap don't stay on my feet (and I don't find them comfortable), and I don't care for the look of mary janes.

Good luck in your flats quest!

Over the past couple of years I've collected several pairs of these - http://www.amazon.com/OTBT-Wom.....B0027IW0PQ

High five, Sparky! My AGL's are workhorse items in my wardrobe. I have such fussy feet that the cost is well worth it to me.
