I take 5-8 mins daily to do the following:
AM: 1 (micellar), 3 (niacinamide), 7 (SPF)
PM: 1 (water), 3 (retinol), 6 (moisturiser)
I'll occasionally use salicylic acid & a moisturising sheet mask if my skin needs it, but I've ironically found that cleansing my skin too much isn't good for it - it might sound gross to some but I'll only wash my face when it needs it, otherwise I use micellar water (I recently bought a squalane cleanser to try & remedy this, but found out it breaks me out, lol). I've also tried to get onboard with Vitamin C but it either breaks me out, stains my skin, feels abrasively gritty or just takes forever to sink in. Since my skin is sensitive, I'd rather keep it simple than overwhelm it.
If you also prefer to keep things simple, Deciem (the parent company of The Ordinary) actually has a page where you can input your details & received a personalised guide from them on which products of theirs you should be using (The Ordinary products are known for being simple but effective): https://deciem.com/hk/contact-.....egimenWhat
