Update:

The All Saints sweatshirts are a disaster in terms of fit on Greg. Oversized and he feels sloppy. Fab look and quality though. Will work on someone much taller and bigger.

The Rag & Bone shirts are keepers!

Last UPDATE:

Greg had a great NAS! (Although none of the sneakers or jeans worked).

The navy Vince cashmere pullover came and fits like a DREAM. Sleek but not clingy. Absolutely gorgeous quality, and perfect for the holidays

This puffer is super fab value - runs a bit roomy - and is great with Greg's silver hair. Fab for doggie walks!

Plus: 2 shirts, and 2 hoodies

Happy to see Greg find some winners too! And in his favorite neutral palette!

I ordered several things for Andy, but nothing worked, sadly! I really need to take him into the store. He's tall with most of his height in his legs and not his torso -- but he also has long arms. Plus he takes a size 12.5 shoe which doesn't really exist so Euro sizes are the best ... it's complicated

Yes, Greg's happy colours

Laura, sorry to hear Andy's items were a bust Hopefully you can get to stores and have a look see. Good luck!

My hubby rarely steps outside the box and dresses very conservative, mainly in the colour range of Greg. We have found the Uniqlo Marino sweaters to be work horses. Uniqlo in general has in our experience, been excellent for basics.

Great haul for Greg, and I also appreciate hearing what does not work. It is always useful to remind oneself that shopping is just that -- shopping -- and there will inevitably be nos as well as yeses.

Looks like a nice wardrobe refresh for him! My DH loves his new hoodie, too.

Thanks, everyone!

Suz, ABSOLUTELY. There is plenty that does not work when we shop!

Sharan, did you get hubs the same Zella hoodie?

Angie- thanks to your input, tried the Zella Powertek hoodie for Mr E. He is 6’1, with a long torso, broad shoulders and 36/37 sleeve size- slim build. Happy to say it is a perfect fit. Can be tricky to accommodate torso/arm lengths while retaining a more tailored fit. Appreciate all of your detailed reviews.

YAY, Eliza! Happy things worked out, and thanks for sharing
