US 8-9 (usually an 8.5 depending on the shoe). I'm 5'8".
Strangely enough, I had my feet shrink 1/2 a size to a whole size during my adulthood and then return to their normal size and increase a 1/2 size to a size because of a bizarre medical problem.
I am size 11/42. I think a size 11 almost always corresponds to a 42, a 10 to a 41, a 9 to a 40, etc. I get really frustrated when I do a search for what's available in size 11 and it gives me all of these 41s - 41 is not 11!!! Big pet peeve of mine.
On the plus side, though, my feet are normal width and I consistently fit into a size 11B in almost any style if I can find it. And my shoe life changed drastically in the last 10 years with online shopping! Yay!
Prep, the Euro/US sizing does match up exactly, because what is usually a whole size in Euro is a half-size US. For example, a 38 Euro is often billed as a 7, but it's really a 7.5 and if the shoe runs big to begin with, that would be way too big for me.
A 37 is more like a 6.5, so if it runs big, then it will fit me but won't fit anyone who truly wears a 6.5.
Preppy Pear, I have the same pet peeve but in the opposite direction, so there's no satisfying both of us, sadly. I hate when I search for size 5 and get size 36 Euro, because I can never ever fit into a 36 that runs TTS.
