Hi Ladies!
I thought I'd start a new thread just to check in for those of us trying to loose weight.
Monday is my weigh in day, and I am down a pound from last week (bringing my total so far up to 45 pounds!). I'm really enjoying the gym- still just taking classes. I'm back to tracking my food most of the time and starting to feel less overstuffed from eating enough, so that's a good thing.
How is everyone else doing?
