How is this for tracking my order? I made my 2nd order July 12th during the time there was a big problem with placing orders. I didn't have much of a problem myself but know others of you did. I just read tracking for it and it was out for delivery 14 minutes ago.!

I am going to fix another cup and coffee and sit here reading YFL and wait for delivery.

I would love to hear what each of you are experiencing now, whether you are waiting or have already received your order.

Did you wait an entire week before checking up on it? If so, I salute your restraint! I am a track-aholic. I got one order that I placed on the 13th on Monday, but my additional orders haven't shipped. I am slightly embarrassed at the amount of stuff I have ordered, but I wanted to order several jeans and pants in the hopes of landing on at least a couple that will work for me and I certainly won't keep them all. I will continue to track my orders multiple times daily until they arrive at my door!

Despite having ordered quite a bit already, I am frantically checking on several items for restocks throughout the day. As I wait, though, my cooler head starts to prevail and I realize the thrill of the hunt is more enticing then some of the items, so I delete them from my "saved for later" list.

Preppy Pear, Oh, no, no I did not wait a week before checking up on it!

Just think at how often you check and that is me in a nutshell. I check at least three times a day, just in case something changes, and hoping it will arrive sooner than originally scheduled. Sometimes it does.

No need to be embarrassed about how much you order and return. I suspect a lot of us do! I know I do.

As soon as this order gets here and I look at it and try on, I have a box to take to post office and mail, after I place another order.

I have received my 4th order. My 1st and second orders are due today, one ups and one fedex. My 3rd order is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. And the 5th order is awaiting shipment!

I've got my 1st and 2nd orders, waiting for one item to show up again (hopefully).

Another item, however, mysteriously got *return to sender* orders. Nordy doesn't seem to have notes on why...they had already cancelled the duplicate I had on the way due to the site glitches. But the item made it to the last stop before it would have gone out for delivery and then took its U-turn. Tracking tells me they will get it back on Monday. They are planning to resend it. So...you know...I'll get it like a week after I was supposed to. First world problems...

ETA: And regarding the guilt for returns thing, there is none of that here! As a busty petite with a strong shoulder line, fit is a major issue for me, so if I need to try 3 sizes to see if one works, I sure do. The site's info pointed me to a M in one blouse...knowing that was unlikely in practice but possible because bust, I did just that. Didn't even open the M, tried the S, am keeping the XS.

I just placed my order this morning. I tend to order a lot at one time and try to return as quickly as I can so that my no items will be available for someone else. And like Preppy Pear, I'm a trackaholic.

I placed an order on Friday the 14th and have only received one item from that order (Munro booties, too narrow). Part of it has shipped but UPS hasn't updated it since 7/19 so I have no idea on the delivery. Part is still in the processing phase. So I'm impatiently waiting!!

I've received all but the BlankNYC suede moto and the stuff I ordered yesterday. I've been waiting to post photos of everything at once. And when the NAS frenzy is over, I may go ahead and post photos of my summer purchases. I finished my summer shopping about 10 minutes before NAS began and never got to show them off!

A lone pair of pants of my insanely huge orders have arrived. I'm taking it personally. And wondering why UPS hate me so much. That's not unhealthy, right?

*My* UPS guy is going on vacation next week. And three boxes of my orders are in my city but weren't loaded onto his truck. Wonder if he decided to take it easy on the last day before his vacation?

I am still awaiting many items I ordered last Thursday and Friday.

I have received my second round order and have paired my options an quickly returned the items I have decided against. I still am waiting on 2 more orders and by then I think I will have finalized my purchases.

shipping this year has been, well, at least for me excellent. my 1st order was placed Thursday July 13th, it arrived Monday July 17th. 2nd order placed 2 days later, on Saturday, it arrived 1 day later than 1st order, on Tuesday. placed a new order this morning to grab a smaller size on something from order #2...its already shipped Fed EX and is supposed to arrive tomorrow....and i did not pay from overnight shipping!

Suzanne, Gosh, seems like it has been really helter skelter with your orders! Take another deep breath, (I imagine you have taken quite a few already). I believe starting tomorrow Monday July 24 the delivery people UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS will be out in full force and a lot of orders will catch up for some. I am not expecting anything until Tuesday myself.

Lisa, By waiting longer than some of us to order you will probably have more time to enjoy the anticipation. Then again maybe not, you could get next day delivery! Either way it is all good.

O.K. I have to stop using this computer in 4 minutes. It will not be available until Friday. I will have limited access to another computer starting tomorrow and I will read your comments and reply to others of you.

I don't have a card so I did not place an order until the early morning of July 21st. Due to travel commitments, I didn't want to risk having packages delivered to my house while I was away. I paid for two-day shipping. The tracking information shows it is in my city.

In previous years, I placed multiple orders. This year I will only be placing one order because of the travel commitments. This makes me a little sad because the minute I placed my order I thought of other items I probably would have liked to have tried. So it goes.

Sterling, hope things get sorted for you. btw Sterling I am a fairly recent transplant from Florida beach to western North Carolina. I believe you live in North Carolina? May I ask if you live nearer beach or mountain section?

Angie, I will give a report tomorrow! I am expecting my third shipment and it will have the anorak coat in it (actually two of them-different sizes.)I guess you and the other fabbers have picked-up on how indecisive I am. It does not do me any good to make a quick decision because invariably I will change my mind anyway. LOL

Hi Bridgie. I live relatively equal distance from both (Raleigh). We tend to go west far more often than we go east.

Bridgie, notwithstanding my tracking, the orders DID arrive on Friday! And the postal service dropped off my leather bracelet at 9:30 p.m. I couldn't believe my email until I went out to look. And today, the postal service left the box with a jacket under my juniper bushes because it didn't fit in the mailbox and apparently the carrier didn't want to walk up the steps to my front door. At least the substitute UPS guy brought today's three boxes up the 44 steps to my front door; sometimes they take it only half-way.

I'm finding the estimated delivery dates are off such that I have to check back in late morning and in the evening to get the most accurate picture of when my delivery will be.

Sterling, thanks. I am still trying to adjust somewhat stylewise to living in a different locality. However, it will be gradual.

Donna, So funny your bracelet delivered so late, better late than never. How do you like the bracelet? I wear a lot of bracelets and seriously considered it but have not ordered as of yet. I think I would get a lot of exercise---thinking about the fact that sometimes your orders are left half way up--I would be running down every little bit to see if it was there and then if not, on down to look under the Juniper bushes. LOL

All my orders are here. The fourth one with two pairs of shoes and a velour seventies inspired top arrived just before I left home today. I don't have my home computer this week, (I think my son said it has something to do with security), so I go to the library almost daily, ( did not make it yesterday). Will be glad when I have it back.
