Last year I wanted some velvet pants, but sent back a pair from BR--too baggy, and some Nic + Zoe--not that great. I've done some shopping and I have had some good luck with leggings, so am looking for velvet leggings.

Has anyone tried these?

From Macys: Velvet pull on pants come in several colors.
Crushed velvet leggings come in colors.

Both of these have the advantage of being less expensive.

I also found All Saints velvet leggings at Nordstrom. They only come in dark gray and cost more.

I've never been a fan of leggings, or even pull on pants, but this winter comfort is all. I'm not going anywhere except to the Pet Clinic and dentist, but I still want to feel good as well as comfortable. I haven't liked the fit of Eileen Fisher pull on pants--and not too happy with last year's Spanx faux leather leggings.

Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
