Urgent Sizing Advice

Thanks to Rabbit, I may be about to jump and purchase the EF harem pants!

I think I need a size small. I wear Aus size 10 pants which translates to US 6 I believe. I have found that if I follow the sizing charts I often end up with items that are too big.

Can those who have these, or are familiar with the sizing, please let me know if they run true to size or if they are a generous fit?

Keen to place my order and would really appreciate your advice xxx

EF cuts quite generously, I believe, Deborah, so err on the side of smaller. I know you have an international shipping issue that might make it tricky to order two sizes and return one. If I can help by receiving the package here and then sending it along to you, just PM me. I've done that lots of times for YLFers outside the US.

As April says, EF runs large, so we'll done for considering a size down. I have a pair of these and I don't think I sized down enough, mine just kind of puddle around my ankles --though much of that is owing to my short legs I still love them, but would have preferred the effect in the photo. Since you are taller than me, I bet these will look great on you!

I just know these will be fab on you Deb...although I will confess I'm slightly worried about the length on petite you...did you get regular or petite?

Shannon now I'm nervous!! I am not sure! I don't think there was a reference to petite or regular so I'm guessing regular. Fingers crossed.

Deborah, I'm a US 10 in pants and my EF leather pants are a petite XS. I thing my harems are a small though...not home or I'd check for you.

I can usually wear a size 4 but size up to a 6. In most EF items I take an XS, but also have some of her XXS and S pants. I've not tried the harem pants.

OK Deborah, El Hubs popped into my closet since i am in Texas. They are a P Medium, so small should be good...they have lots of room.

He's good like that Truthfully, I probably could have done better with a Small, so you should be fine. Looking forward to seeing them Deborah style.

I wear a 2-4, most often a 4 these days, and I have the XS. They are plenty roomy. They are generously cut, even in the waist. I think the length will be fine for you. They come to my ankles; I'm almost 5'5" with slightly long legs for my height.

Deborah, I think you'll be happy with the small, and as you are shorter than me, the length should be as they show in the photos. Mine hit me much higher up.

One word of caution, they will shrink in length if you wash at home. I dry clean mine as I need every bit of length, and wish for more.
