Oh! I actually like these more suiting-style ones much more than the more casual (softer, tucked or bloused) styles you showed in the original blog post. I think it works better and looks more deliberate with more structure and I definitely prefer these styles that aren't meant to be tucked. I could see this working very well with a peplum top!
And hey! Maybe this is a way to get a sheath dress that actually fits me since I can buy the top and bottom in different sizes.
Great that so many here love this idea. I too am hoping it is a biggie in the spring. I still have a lace one in my closet,,I have worn the lace top recently under a jacket, and loved the way it looked. The bottom not though as it is a mid calf length, actually almost a midi, but not quite, so havn't worn it in a long time, but kept it as it is very pretty lace and the lining is so nice-and is an ivory color.
