Twice (liketwice) review - YouLookFab Forum

A while ago someone mentioned Twice and I don't know if anyone else has tried them yet, but I'll give them a plug! They are a second-hand, buy and sell name brand clothing site.

After purging my closet of old formal stuff that I would not be happy wearing, I went on Twice looking for a semi-formal, neutral skirt. Large variety of clothing brands and styles! I snapped up this one by Club Monaco, liking the edginess of the metal studs. Also this summery skirt. Since all the brands sizing is different I appreciate them measuring
everything.

Free shipping for $50+ purchase, and free returns. I have no idea how they determine how much to take off from the original price, can they tell how current it is? It varied from around 35-85%.

The processing was fast, package arrived quickly and the clothes were as described. However they were packed very tightly so the linen was extra wrinkled. Oh well, I expect some wrinkles when sending clothes in the mail, especially in bags. (Club Monaco was fine, it's a nice sturdy twill)

So there you go. I haven't tried sending them anything but I will shop there again!

I agree, they're great! I've gotten spoiled by priority shipping and immediate no-questions-asked return policy. If you order from their Ebay store, you can get free shipping all the time (for a slightly different item price). I've also consigned a few items via Twice; they're picky on brands, but prompt deciding/paying. All told, I have 17 items from them.

I'll third the recommendation. The last thing I got from them was a pair of Theory pants - the standard wool Max C - I think they were around $35. Measurements seem accurate and customer service is great in my limited experience.

They have a lot of stuff, it works best for me if I know I'm looking for eg a pair of straight leg jeans in one of these two sizes from one of these two brands.

I've had a great experience with them too, both selling and buying. The only beef is, as you say, they pack really tightly so that things will fit in flat rate packaging and a couple times it's been hard for me to open the bag without cutting the garment open at the same time!

Plus they've got a pretty decent iPad app so I can browse what's new while I'm watching tv in the evenings.

I've sold things to them 3 times I think. They are very prompt with their offers and payments though the prices they give are rather low. But it beats getting nothing (other than a tax deduction) for things I am ready to donate.

Since I had a $40 credit, I recently ordered a pair of Vince Camuto pants that are new with the tag still attached. They cost me a whopping $8!
