Trouve blazer going back, help me pick out an alternate

The trouve shrunken blazer wasn't shrunken enough for me. I'm checking out this Frenchi flip collar blazer instead. All of the reviews say it runs small - it might actually fit me. Anyone seen it in person?

Rita, are you 5ft and wear a size 2 to 4 in petites? If you are, I have a client who is your body double. She also has wide feet - in fact she needs a WW in shoes. She also has your colouring!

i have one similar to that one i bout mine in Macy's but mine is blue i love it i dress it down up anything!! i say you go for it

I want to meet my body double! She seems pretty fab! Thank you so much for taking the time to post these suggestions. I wasn't too excited about the tweed jacket online but it is so fab in person. Love at first sight, of course I had to get it. I LOVE the leather jacket, and love it on others, it just didn't feel right on me. I will have to try the others, maybe even the Burberry, although it's way out of my budget!

MG -- the Trouve was too long/loose on you? I still have yet to make any NAS purchases. That one was on my list, but if it's not great on shorter people, I'll be passing.

April, The length was good (I think?) but there was too much fabric at the torso. The chest was in the wrong place. If my boobs were about 3" lower or double DD's, it would have been perfect. This is really my biggest fit problem with all clothes, and why I have to shop in petites. I remember you saying that you normally shop in regular sizes so it may work for you. Sarah had the small on recently and she is only 5'2". It looked wonderful in her pictures although she said it was too tight across the shoulders.

The only thing I'll say about this coat that I really didn't like is that it's heavy. It is not really a blazer, it's super warm. I don't think I could wear it all day as part of an outfit... maybe for kicking around errands on the weekend but not to work. It's more like a short winter wool coat.
