Yes! What Suz said! And it was a terrific time - so completely special to meet you all and get your excellent feedback shopping. Merwoman, you made my trip completely wonderful - Thank you!

Truly heartwarming for me to see you get together. It's amazing this community that Angie has created for us.

I had no idea there were so many meetups this weekend! Super, duper fabness!

WOW!! SO FUN!!! I wish I could have been in two places at once today!

What a bevy of northern beauties you are!

Two meetups in one day! Spring must be coming! So glad to see a pic and hear about the day's fun!

Greetings, Toronto fabbers! Thanks for the great pics so that we can share your excitement! I even see a couple of people wearing radiant orchid!! Looking forward to seeing your loot!

What a lovely group photo.

This is so fabulous. Having recently had a small meet up in Melbourne, I can really appreciate how much fun it is to meet up with other fabbers. Looks like you had a great time.

Totally awesome! Hope to be there next time...

What a great picture! It is such fun to see the wonderful ladies of this community. I hope to attend a meet up someday!

It was a blast meeting everyone yesterday! You are all even more lovely in person.

Thanks for posting Suz! I agree, it was a lovely day. Highlights for me included:
- Trying on a jumpsuit after coveting them online for months. Verdict, as Sveta said: "top half great, bottom half not great"! The hunt continues...
- Finding an apple twin (Ms Katie Kat), although she may gravitate more towards the petite racks at times...
- Finding out the trick to getting free shipping and returns at J Crew (order by calling the store)
- Dropping a full Starbucks latte to the floor and managing not to splash anyone (that was a minor tragedy, followed by mutual apologies between me and merwoman for about 3 solid minutes, and Starbucks making me a brand new one - yay)...

But most of all it was the wisdom all of you brought to the gathering. I learned so many things from you beyond fashion.
Thanks to everyone who was able to make the trip and thanks for sharing so warmly of yourselves. Can't wait til the next one!

Fabness to the power of fabness! Great to see you all like IRL:-)

I had loads and loads of fun ladies! It was really great having a different eye and honest feedback on the outfits. But the best part of all is bonding with the Beautiful Fabbers!!!! All of you are such wonderful ladies! Hanging out with you all made my weekend!!!!

And NicoleD it's so awesome having found you as my apple twin!!!! Finally someone I can relate to regarding fit issues!!!

Wow, the YLF planets aligning everywhere! Awesome.

It was so rewarding to meet everyone and have the opportunity to talk to everybody.
Everybody is so beautiful inside and outside. And the fashion level was trough the roof. It was the equivalent of a candy store for kids.
Let me tell you:
Sveta -Your midi skirt and cropped looser top were perfectly paired with the booties and the plum coat (yes, I noticed the colour)
Nicole- I envy someone who can wear blush so well, I was enamoured with your blouse and all the details it had. Your two-toned coat was also to die for.
Emily- Rocking the slouchy stripe shirt, jeans and the white converse.
Amy- Your sweater and scarf were such a great combination. No uniform at all.
Merwoman- Your pattern mixing was striking, and your trench coat, and your plaid scarf.
MsKatieKat- The bold lip was perfect on you. Your boots had a lot of deserved attention during the meeting but the jacket and the colourful scarf were perfect.
Michelle- You knew you had a winner with your winter cape and your cobalt sweater. Your waxed jeans were the icing on the cake.
Suz- Your layering technique impressed me.You were perfectly coordinated with your coat, with the turtleneck and leather jacket, and with the blue printed blouse and black pants.

I was just there for a little bit of the shopping and it is a different shopping experience, in a very good way.
Hopefully we can do another meet up soon.Miss you all already.

I hope you all had a wonderful time. It looks like so much fun.

It was an AMAZING day and I am still getting warm tingling all over just thinking about it. (and my poor hubby and to listen over and over again how great it was, poor guy :-0 )
Celia, you have a photographic memory and great attention to detail to remember each outfit so perfectly! I just have to add here that you rocked fuchsia blazer with a cream silky shirt yourself.
Unfortunately we were so busy and excited during our shopping that we completely forgot to take more pictures from the fitting rooms.. Well, next time we will do better for sure!
I can add some other highlights from the shopping experience:
- Amy discovered that she wears blush color really well - something she was sure does not work for her;
- Emily found a gorgeous skirt in navy and mint and a perfectly matching silk blouse at Club Monaco - we were promised to see pictures on the forum!
- I have tried Angie's fabulous white mixed media moto at Club Monaco: alas as I suspected the sleeves were too tight for me but it was so cool to try it on!
- I also tried on puff-sleeved jackets in JCrew and Zara and to my surprise they did work well for my broad shoulders. I especially liked the blue Zara jacket and seriously consider it if the length will pass the "pro" assessment...
- I have found 2 very nice blush blouses in Ann Taylor. I did not get them but again they are on a serious consideration.
- last and not least: I realized once more how wonderful it is to have great shopping buddies and how much fun it is to help others shop but not get anything for yourself: you get a shopping "pick me up" absolutely budget friendly and guilt free!

We definitely need to make Toronto gatherings a regular tradition, gals!!!!!
Thank you all for a wonderful day!

Wow! Such fabness! I can hardly wait for next weekend. Wish you could all come to boston (in suz and sveta's suitcases maybe?)

This thread is SO fab. I loved hearing about your shopping highlights, the fun camaraderie, and seeing your wonderful selves. Roll on Boston gathering. xo

How truly wonderful! I love hearing all the details. Wish I had been there.

Always fun to read about meet-ups! Thanks all for sharing the pics and shopping details. Everyone looked fabulous!

Thanks for providing so many additional details, I've really enjoyed this thread! LOL at the Starbuck's coffee drop too.

I am so jealous of these gatherings! And it looks like so much fun, thanks for sharing!
