I am having bad luck ordering from Timberland. I have never worn them before but got the idea to look at their website from Astrid's posts saying how easy it was to return and ship them if the shoes don't fit well. My first order status said cancelled a couple days after ordering them online. I called customer service and he told me the order was cancelled because my size (8 medium) wasn't in stock. I told him the website still has that size as being available and he double-checked and said they were in stock and that it must have been a glitch in the system. The customer service guy re-ordered the shoes for me and even threw in free 2-day shipping for me having to re-order them again. I have been checking the status of my order the last 5 days and the status just said "found in stock." Well tonight I checked my order and it says cancelled again! I really like these shoes. Is it worth ordering a third time? The website still shows them as available in my size. I know my credit card info is good too because each order keeps getting processed to my account.
