I am going to get mushy...MaryK is going to look for a bag for me at her local Marshalls. On the surface, it seems a nice thing to do. But to me, it means SOOOO much that someone who I have never "met" would go to the trouble to do something as inconsequential as look for a bag just to make me happy. It really touches me.

This community has been so great to me during my "bout" with cancer and all the body changes and side effects. Yet this act of finding something gratuitous just bring me a little ( ok, A LOT ) materialistic joy makes it joyful in the act itself.

MaryK, even if you don't find it......at this point, you have already done something so meaningful to me, please know that. Thank you all for being some of my "besties" !!!

That's really lovely and such a great reflection of the women here.

(Not meaning to be a mare at all, Isabel, but I'm curious as to why you are asking someone in CA to find a bag for you? We have Marshall's here too, you know. If you ever need someone to comb the racks, give us here a shoutout

Mochi, thank you soooo much. I really liked MaryK's blue bag ( in her recent pics ). I googled it and couldn't find it. After asking MaryK where she got it, she volunteered to go back and look for another. I went to two Marshall's near my house. One had the bag in black, but not blue. BTW, I have been looking for a blue satchel for about 3 years - NO KIDDING !!

No pressure MaryK !!!! Seriously, JUST THE FACT you offered means more than having the bag.
