Racheylou it's a Lands End lightweight down jacket I bought last year. It replaced my fleece jacket and I wear it a lot for casual days.

Suz, that's exactly what she did. She didn't take much off, an inch in a few places but a tiny amount most places, but she cut into it, making the edges jagged. I've only blown it dry twice myself, and it still didn't swoop, although I haven't gotten the volume on top she did. She told me to come back if I had any problems with it at all, so I might in a week if I can't get the hang of it. I tried my little flat iron on the bangs and that seemed to be counterproductive; it seems like they need to be rougher instead of smoother in order to lay right. I bought the Bumble and Bumble thickening mousse she used and that's amazing. The hair gel will have to be returned; it smells very strongly and I simply can't use it without sneezing.

I like it a lot.

Ban the Swoop! Now that's a ban I can support!

I have fine hair -- but amazing amounts of it. I see those texturixing shears and also sit through a lot of point cutting every time I visit a hairdresser. I love your new look!

Love! It' always so hard to find a good stylists. I struggle with not wanting to pay a high end price but wanting a high end look. It think it would be an interesting forum post to discuss.

Looks great. Glad you are mostly able to maintain it at home
